At Say Insurance, I worked to improve the user experience of the Say website and mobile app through usability testing, wire-framing, prototyping, writing stories for developers, and other UX responsibilities.

I also worked on side projects with other teams to benefit the overall user journey for Say customers.

As a student ambassador, I gave tours of my university to prospective students and their families. I used communication and leadership skills to bring Northwest to life, creating a positive first touchpoint that would convince students to consider Northwest.

I was the president of an honorary music service fraternity, Kappa Kappa Psi, where I led a group of 20 to 25 people in service projects for our various bands on campus. I was also the historian of the group, running social media and keeping our records.

I was in our advertising club named AdInk (2.5 years), horticulture club (2 years), the Bearcat Marching Band (4 years), and student ambassadors.

I was a drum major for 2 years, conducting and leading a marching band of 140 students.

I was also in jazz band, the musical’s pit band, a rocket-launching club, A+ Tutoring program, and I was a teaching assistant during my free period for 2 years.
